Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team to implement quality improvement programs for Indiana Medicaid
Support the Quality Improvement Director in operating an NCQA compliant program
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality operations and improve health outcomes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of experience leading a team of direct reports
3-5 years of quality experience in a health care, health insurance, or public health setting
Experience with relationship building with external partners
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Improvement tools and methodologies
