Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to implement quality improvement programs for Indiana Medicaid
  • Support the Quality Improvement Director in operating an NCQA compliant program
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality operations and improve health outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 or more years of experience leading a team of direct reports
  • 3-5 years of quality experience in a health care, health insurance, or public health setting
  • Experience with relationship building with external partners
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Improvement tools and methodologies
