Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

Providing strategic compliance and regulatory advice, the full-time Manager, Regulatory Compliance will ensure effective risk management across various jurisdictions while partnering with Governance & Control teams to enhance compliance frameworks and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Identify applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) and provide compliance advisory support for business processes and controls
• Partner with business stakeholders to design and enhance compliance controls, recommending mitigation strategies
• Assess compliance impacts and advise on prioritizing actions to address identified compliance risks and gaps

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, privacy, or regulatory advisory within the financial services industry
• Experience in governance, risk management, or operational risk management within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and advise on compliance risks
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., J.D.) preferred
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
