Manager, Regulatory Reporting

Job Summary

Managing compliance programs remotely, the full-time Manager, Regulatory Reporting will oversee the development and implementation of regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations while leading a team to meet reporting deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid
• Lead the regulatory reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship for timely execution of submissions
• Develop dashboards and coordinate responses to internal and external audit data submission requests

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in the payer industry
• 3+ years of experience in leading teams and direct reports
• 3+ years working in healthcare with a focus on policies and procedures
• 3+ years of experience managing compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
