Manager Reimbursement Compliance

Job Summary

Managing strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time remote Manager Reimbursement Compliance will oversee the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with government regulations, and mentor staff within the reimbursement team.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute various reimbursement initiatives, including evaluation, planning, and coordination of regulatory reports
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and implement internal controls
• Mentor team members and prioritize reimbursement-related projects for efficient operation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of reimbursement rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory duties
