Manager Reimbursement Compliance

Job Summary

To drive strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time remote Manager Reimbursement Compliance will oversee the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with government regulations, and manage the operational efficiency of the reimbursement team.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute various reimbursement initiatives including Medicare and Medicaid reporting and compliance
• Mentor staff and assess workloads to prioritize reimbursement-related projects effectively
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and government reimbursement regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of reimbursement rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
