Manager Reimbursements

Job Summary

Managing reimbursement regulatory reporting initiatives, the full-time Manager Reimbursements will oversee the preparation and review of Medicare and Medicaid reports, ensure compliance with government regulations, and mentor staff in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic reimbursement initiatives, including evaluation and planning of regulatory reports
• Ensure compliance with government reimbursement regulations and maintain internal controls
• Mentor team members and prioritize reimbursement-related projects for efficient operation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
