Manager Reimbursements

Job Summary

Managing various strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time Manager Reimbursements will oversee the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with government regulations, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic reimbursement initiatives including evaluation, planning, and coordination of regulatory reports
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement regulations while implementing internal controls
• Mentor team members and manage project prioritization for reimbursement-related tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of reimbursement and reporting rules
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
