Manager Reimbursements

Job Summary

To lead strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time remote Manager Reimbursements will manage the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with government regulations, and oversee the functional team's operations while mentoring staff and prioritizing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic reimbursement initiatives, including evaluation and planning of regulatory reports
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement regulations and maintain internal controls
• Oversee team operations, mentor staff, and prioritize reimbursement-related projects effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
