Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of the Renewals Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Specialists focused on early-stage startup accounts
  • Own overall Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) while developing strategic interventions to reduce churn
  • Establish scalable renewal processes and ensure accurate execution of commercial workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success; 1-2+ years managing a high-volume team
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable processes and improving retention metrics
  • Excellent operational discipline with a focus on forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to coach team members on negotiation and renewal strategies
  • Highly motivated with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
