Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), providing guidance and coaching to achieve goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize SDR team performance, including prospecting techniques and targeted messaging
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment between SDR and other sales teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, with at least 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven track record of implementing efficiency measures in a high volume lead flow model
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
