Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Engineers, the full-time Manager, Sales Engineering will focus on developing technical sales strategies, driving pipeline progression, and enhancing customer experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and develop Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus
  • Establish best practices for technical sales engagements, including demos and proof-of-value processes
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve win rates and customer outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including vulnerability management and cloud security
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience managing complex technical sales cycles and proof-of-value engagements
