Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales - Location Flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of product-expert Account Executives focused on the collegiate athletic market
- Provide accurate reporting on sales activities and forecast future sales
- Develop and implement successful sales campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- Background leading Account Executives and creating high-performing teams
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in selling to the collegiate athletic market or similar segments
- Experience with large enterprise deals and selling at a C-suite level
- Ability to attract, manage, and develop talent within the sales team
- Experience serving within the elite athletics market is preferred
