Job Summary
Leading the SAP Sales and Service functional area, the full-time remote Manager SAP Market to Cash will manage the software development lifecycle, oversee team performance, and ensure the integration of SAP processes and applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP Sales and Service functional area, collaborating with Business Process Owners to establish and prioritize processes
- Provide subject matter expertise to manage the software development lifecycle of SAP Sales, Service, and related processes
- Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of SAP ERP experience, particularly with SAP S/4HANA Core Sales Service Management
- 5+ full life-cycle experience in SAP Sales and Service Management
- 7+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team
- Hands-on experience in Order to Cash process design and integration with SAP FICO and CRM systems
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering is preferred
