Job Summary
Leading operational excellence initiatives, the full-time Manager Service Delivery will develop and execute strategies for Medicaid claims processing, ensuring compliance and efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including mailroom intake and data entry processes
- Design and implement standardized processes and best practices across claims streams
- Analyze claims data and denial trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance enhancements
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in Medicaid operations, claims management, or business analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare payer environment
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid claims processing and CMS guidelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership
