Job Summary
Managing a team of Specialists, the full-time Manager Shared Services will ensure efficient service delivery and handle complex inquiries while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee employee management, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR services, ensuring effective inquiry resolution and escalation processes
- Develop and implement new HR processes and metrics-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience managing a team of five or more employees
- Knowledge of project management principles and HR service delivery models
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Exceptional customer service and analytical skills
