Job Summary

Managing a team of Specialists, the full-time Manager Shared Services will ensure efficient service delivery and handle complex inquiries while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee employee management, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR services, ensuring effective inquiry resolution and escalation processes
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and metrics-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience managing a team of five or more employees
  • Knowledge of project management principles and HR service delivery models
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Exceptional customer service and analytical skills
