Manager, Site Agreements

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee CROs' negotiation and execution of site agreements, investigator grants, and budget terms across global clinical trials
• Ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in site contracting processes while providing strategic oversight
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, CROs, and external legal consultants to implement legal policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of related experience in a Contracts department working with site budgets and contracts globally
• Fluency in English and local language from the region required
• Experience with GrantPlan, Grant Manager, and Smartsheet preferred
