Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Resourcing to oversee site support specialists and ensure project execution aligns with sponsor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between Accellacare, Alliance Partner, and the Sponsor to implement site support strategies
• Provide strategic oversight of Site Support Resourcing and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage financial oversight, including budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting to clients

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of site management experience in a clinical research environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract and financial management
• Strong strategic oversight of resourcing models and deliverables
• Ability to effectively drive alignment and communication among stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree
