Manager, SIU Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction and development of fraud detection capabilities, the full-time Manager, SIU Analytics will optimize analytics resources and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance program integrity efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning and execution of proactive anti-fraud detection and analytics programs
• Manages and develops analytics personnel, including hiring, performance management, and resource allocation
• Evaluates emerging fraud schemes and transforms complex datasets into actionable intelligence for investigative strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's or JD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, fraud detection, or related analytical functions
• 2+ years of experience conducting healthcare fraud investigations
• Experience leading and managing analytical resources and projects
• Proficiency in developing advanced analytics and predictive monitoring methodologies using large healthcare datasets
