Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Small & Mid Market Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of salespeople through the full sales cycle, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
Support escalations and participate in complex sales situations and negotiations
Hire, motivate, coach, and provide training to increase productivity and development of employees

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success
Experience in SaaS-specific sales, with HR-related SaaS experience being a plus
Superior coaching skills
Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent knowledge
