Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Test Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design performance tests focusing on load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing
Lead a team of testing engineers to ensure regression testing coverage
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate testing practices into the SDLC

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience with test automation tools and performance testing
5 - 10 years of software testing experience with a minimum of 3 years managing testing teams
Strong understanding of building automated tests using Cypress
Experience in testing web applications and functional automation tools
Extensive experience in test planning, management, and reporting
