Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Solution Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on architecture leadership and manage the assigned architecture team for strategic implementations
• Advance the architecture practice by introducing AI-driven approaches and developing reusable playbooks
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of architects while collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise platform delivery
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience
• Strong experience with cloud-native architecture and deployment practices
• Experience with distributed data platforms and messaging technologies
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards
