Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of early career Presales Solution Consultants to enhance demonstration proficiency across product groups
• Define and refine the Demo Hub program, including demonstration creation and future capabilities
• Collaborate with Marketing and SC leadership to develop pipeline generation capabilities and manage a video asset library for demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Strong pre-sales experience as both an individual contributor and leader
• Ability to coach and develop early-in-career and senior contributors
• Strong understanding of sales and engagement processes
• Ability to articulate the value of the platform effectively
