Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Solutions Architect for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivates trust with customers, advocates for customer needs, and manages customer activity
• Leads cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive customer satisfaction
• Develops technical support procedures, conducts architecture reviews, and stays current with technology options

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in an organization or entrepreneurial context
• At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud services, data clouds, and data manipulation languages
• At least 2 years of experience with distributed applications design, implementation, or consulting
