Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects to enhance customer adoption and scaling
• Drive engagement across the post-sales journey and improve implementation guidance and customer enablement processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and accelerate product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams in SaaS or platform environments
• Strong technical fluency in front-end web development and enterprise-scale platforms
• Experience in coaching and developing team members
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with platforms like CMS systems and APIs
• Ability to engage effectively across various stakeholders and adapt communication style accordingly
