Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Solutions Design (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to align solution development with win strategies and project milestones
• Develop and write compelling proposals that articulate value propositions and proposed solutions
• Collaborate with sales leaders to understand customer pain points and develop effective win strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Eight (8) years of experience in the Transportation or Warehousing/Manufacturing industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and database programming
• Extensive knowledge of transportation and warehouse design principles and tools
