Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire, lead, hire, and develop an inclusive, highly engaged, and high performing Solutions Engineering team
• Coach, mentor, clearly articulate criteria that define high-quality solutions, design good processes that empower individuals and foster a culture of independence and enablement
• Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across orgs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience
• Ability to analyze data and identify business possibilities for better operational processes and business opportunities
• Proven track record in leading high performing engineering teams and working closely with stakeholders
• Experience building out programs and driving high impact projects and initiatives
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
