Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Commercial sales
  • Partner with Sales to enhance technical discovery and qualification in complex sales cycles
  • Build scalable pre-sales processes to support technical wins in multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS in a Senior Solutions Engineering role, with 2+ years in management
  • Proven success in high-complexity, regulated, or security-focused sales
  • Strong technical acumen for engaging with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders
  • Experience scaling Solutions Engineering functions in fast-growth environments
  • Background in security, compliance, infrastructure, or developer tools is a bonus
