Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Systems Engineers, conducting performance evaluations and managing work assignments
• Identify market trends and facilitate communication between teams to enhance collaboration and effectiveness
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and assist in pre-sale activities and customer engagements

Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree required
• 5+ years of experience managing engineers
• Solid understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in developing and maintaining effective partner plans
