Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Manager, Solutions Sales - AML will drive AML business growth across the Americas by developing sales strategies, empowering Solutions Sales Executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AML Solutions Sales Executives to enhance regional business performance
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape and execute effective AML sales strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to support complex sales cycles and ensure alignment with customer priorities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Crime/AML within a Financial Institution, Software Vendor, or consulting organization
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience in enterprise software sales or related customer-facing functions
- Strong understanding of AML, Fraud, Compliance, or Financial Crime solutions in relevant industries
- Proven experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and regional sales performance
