SOX Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, SOX Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance with requirements under SOX and COSO standards
• Review and ensure SOX controls are sufficient for a $1B to $5B business
• Coordinate with process owners, auditors, and advisors on various matters related to SOX compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Recent Big 4 or national public accounting firm experience as a manager or senior manager
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA or similar preferred
• Proven experience with implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the 2013 COSO framework
• Experience with internal controls and identifying/control "gaps"
• Experience working with a $1B+ revenue company
