Job Summary
Managing a specialized team remotely, the full-time Manager, Specialty Account Management will oversee the Professional Supply Pod, ensuring successful integration and optimization of professional fleets while driving performance and developing team members.
Key responsibilities
- Unify the Account Management Lifecycle by leading a team of Business Development Managers and CarePartner Specialists to optimize daily ride volume
- Drive Professional Supply Performance by owning supply-side metrics for WAV and Livery categories to meet district demand
- Standardize Operational Blueprints by enforcing documentation standards to ensure consistency across market launches and CarePartner relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing professional teams with a track record of developing mid-level contributors
- Proven ability to create scalable standard operating procedures from complex processes
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations
- Strong data-driven approach to performance management and forecasting supply needs
- Excellent communication skills to represent the division in cross-functional leadership meetings
