Manager, Start Up
Job Summary
To support the Regulatory Submissions and Contracts team, the full-time remote Manager, Start Up will manage staffing and resources, drive study start-up teams to meet project timelines, and assist in improving efficiencies for study processes while mentoring direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Manages staffing and resources to ensure departmental utilization and meet project timelines
- Drives efficiencies in study start-up processes and essential document maintenance
- Mentors and manages direct reports, overseeing training and performance management
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of clinical research industry experience and 1+ years of people management experience
- Working knowledge of FDA, European Regulatory, and ICH/GCP regulations
- Analytic skills to review metrics and feasibility numbers
- Strong knowledge of web-based communication tools and project management principles
