Manager, Statistical Programming
Job Summary
Leading statistical programming activities, the full-time Manager, Statistical Programming will provide programming expertise for clinical studies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables while working in a remote/hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee statistical programming for multiple studies, ensuring adherence to project strategies and high-quality outputs
- Develop and maintain programming documentation, including CDISC standard SDTM and ADaM specifications
- Support global regulatory submissions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or a related discipline
- 8-10+ years of programming experience in clinical trial data processing within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries
- Proficiency in SAS programming, with knowledge of additional programming languages such as R or Python being a plus
- Strong understanding of CDISC standards and regulatory submission processes
- Experience in mentoring and managing teams in a programming environment
