Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Own retention and growth outcomes by managing portfolio risk and mobilizing resources for critical accounts
  • Drive strategic value by building executive relationships and developing compelling value narratives for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in B2B SaaS, with enterprise experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Hands-on ownership of accounts generating $1M+ in ARR
  • Proven ability to manage customer crises and sustain executive relationships
  • Experience in developing value narratives that connect product usage to strategic outcomes
