Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority enterprise initiatives by coordinating workstreams and evaluating progress
• Develop and maintain strategic planning and program management tools and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and facilitate meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, business planning, analysis, or project management
• Experience in academic medical centers or large complex health organizations is a plus
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Master's degree in business, health administration, public health, or related field preferred
