Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Planning for their 988 Cross Functional Planning department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OKR tracking and management systems
- Lead OKR change management efforts and brainstorming sessions
- Partner with leaders to implement OKR operating model and drive accountability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
