Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

To support optimization of managed services operations in the Life Sciences vertical, the full-time remote Manager, Strategic Sourcing will manage supplier relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and implement efficient processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing-related functions, including due diligence, RFP execution, and supplier onboarding
• Develop and implement sourcing plans focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, and sustainability
• Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding sourcing initiatives and supplier performance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories, preferably in facility services
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proven track record in customer service
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
