Manager, Strategy and M&A

Job Summary

Manager, Strategy and M&A is a full-time remote position responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, supporting investment theses development, and coordinating post-acquisition integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex service requests and ensure timely resolution
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities through market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal stakeholders to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Strategy/M&A roles
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and integration activities preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms
