Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Success Machine Learning Engineers, responsible for leading and managing a global team, developing strategies to enhance customer success, and collaborating with sophisticated ML teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a global team of senior machine learning engineers
- Build processes and enablement content for pre-sales and post-sales specialization
- Be the voice of the customer and influence product roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role
- 1-3 years of managing a team of machine learning engineers or a similar role
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or ML education/training
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML packages
- Experience with cloud platforms and Linux/Unix
