Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Systems Engineering for the US Federal Civilian sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Systems Engineers, conducting performance evaluations and managing staff development
• Ensure effective communication between Systems Engineers, Sales teams, and Product Management
• Assist with technical problem-solving and provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentations

Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree required
• 5+ years of experience managing engineers
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and application delivery
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in developing technical talent and fostering a growth-oriented team culture
