Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Systems Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS HRMS system to ensure optimal performance
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS HRMS systems
• Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits
• Proven experience in people management and leading diverse teams
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable
