Qualifications

• Deep expertise in performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Experience designing enterprise talent practices that influence leadership behavior
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable processes
• 7 years of experience in talent management or organizational development
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
