Manager Tech Strategy Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technology Strategy & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and orchestrate strategic AI initiative progression aligned with process
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving technology landscape within R&D to advise strategy development & planning, and to identify negative trends and opportunities
• Develop positive working relationships with key partners and external stakeholders to drive value towards R&D strategic imperatives

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Masters degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or technology business development and/or drug development
• Proven experience in working with digital health startups, biotech firms, or other emerging technology companies
• Technical knowledge as it relates to digital transformation at the enterprise level
• Autonomy to work independently with few instructions as well as know when to acquire direction
