Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of technical support representatives to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Track and improve key performance indicators to ensure team meets performance targets
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years managing successful teams
  • 4+ years of solar experience, including in-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems
  • Proven experience in providing technical support or customer service
  • Experience in solar industry operations or financial services
  • NABCEP or similar solar technical certification
