Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of technical support representatives to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Track and improve key performance indicators to ensure team meets performance targets
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing successful teams
- 4+ years of solar experience, including in-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems
- Proven experience in providing technical support or customer service
- Experience in solar industry operations or financial services
- NABCEP or similar solar technical certification
