Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Total Rewards to oversee global payroll operations, benefits, and total rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize a global Total Rewards strategy to enhance talent attraction and retention
- Ensure payroll governance and compliance across multiple geographies, including audits and reporting
- Manage benefits administration and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with payroll processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits, with exposure to Total Rewards
- Experience managing payroll across multiple regions, particularly US and EMEA
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and compliance matters
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
