Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize a global Total Rewards strategy to enhance talent attraction and retention
• Ensure payroll governance and compliance across multiple geographies, including audits and reporting
• Manage benefits administration and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits, with exposure to Total Rewards
• Experience managing payroll across multiple regions, particularly US and EMEA
• Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and compliance matters
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
