Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead trainings for various systems and tools
  • Provide customer service and support to CRM users
  • Assist with process improvement and data projects to enhance data integrity
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience training diverse user groups
  • Experience with project management and issue tracking
  • Experience working with nonprofit fundraising platforms and CRMs
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
