Manager, Treasury Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing finance organization, the part-time Manager, Treasury Operations will oversee global treasury activities, manage liquidity, and drive process improvements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and investment activities
- Supervise and develop a Treasury Analyst, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and implement treasury process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Accounting
- Experience leading treasury-related initiatives and process improvements
- Strong understanding of capital markets and liquidity management
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and online banking platforms
