Manager, UGC & Video Editor

Job Summary

To scale performance marketing efforts across DACH, the UK, and APAC markets, the remote Manager, UGC & Video Editor will manage the end-to-end creator content lifecycle, from sourcing creators to producing localized video assets for customer acquisition on Meta and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit creators while managing relationships to build a diverse creator network
• Translate campaign briefs into creator-facing briefs and oversee projects from initial outreach to asset delivery
• Edit creator content into performance-focused ads and localize content for various markets

Required qualifications

• Native or fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 2-3+ years of experience in sourcing and managing creators or UGC talent
• 2-3+ years of experience editing high-performing short-form social content for marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of the German-speaking market and localization best practices
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut
