Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Union Payroll (Commercials).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercials Union Payroll Operations team to meet or exceed payroll processing and remittance KPIs
• Act as the primary expert on Commercials union payroll, ensuring compliance with AICP and PHBP agreements
• Manage internal and external escalations, audits, and client issues related to Commercials union payroll

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of payroll operations experience, specifically in union Commercials payroll
• 2-3 years of people management experience with direct oversight of payroll operations
• Deep knowledge of AICP and PHBP agreements and associated union terms
• Experience executing or overseeing Commercials union payroll processing and remittances
• Ability to manually calculate and validate Commercials union timecards
