Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Upper Mid-Market Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Upper Mid-Market Account Managers to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Own key performance metrics including gross retention, net expansion, and new product adoption
  • Guide the team through complex negotiations and ensure accurate forecasting in sales systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying sales account management team in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets in SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and coaching on renewal strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and set KPIs
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDIC
